The invention discloses a rolling method of bright thin tungsten chip. The rolling method comprises the following steps: (1) a tungsten chip is put in high-temperature oil for heating; and the heated tungsten chip is rolled for many times; (2) the tungsten chip rolled for many times is deoiled, is destressed and annealed, and is washed by alkali; (3) the tungsten chip, washed by the alkali, is put in the high-temperature oil for heating; and the heated tungsten chip is rolled for many times to obtain a tungsten chip with a thickness of 0.08-0.10 mm; and (4) the tungsten chip rolled for many times is deoiled, is destressed and annealed, and is washed by alkali to obtain a thin tungsten chip with a bright surface. The rolling method is free of needing to spray rolling lubricant, so that the problem of influence on the surface roughness and the surface consistency of the thin tungsten chip due to existence of microcosmic graphite pits in the surface caused by the formation of a graphite layer through spraying aquadag lubricant is prevented; and the rolled thin tungsten chip shows a metal color on the surface, and is excellent in brightness, low in production cost and high in efficiency.
