Device for sonication application

An apparatus for sonication application in liquid samples, comprising: a structure (1) for holding a series of sample vials (2), an ultrasonic probe (3) with an arrangement of cavities (4) corresponding to the series of sample vials (2) and which is adapted to receive and is brought into contact respectively with an external surface of a bottom portion (2a) of a respective one of the sample vials (2), and a counter-support (5 ) with a series of pushing members (6) that correspond to the series of sample vials (2) and which is adapted to respectively apply a force to a respective one of the sample vials (2) to push the portion of bottom (2a) of each vial (2) in contact with the associated cavity (4) of the probe (3). wherein the structure (1) supports in a movable way and elastically deflects in a direction towards the pushing members (6).
