Motor drive part and a manual drive part are switched through a single clutch, so that the 10kV electric chassis truck is ingenious in structure, and safe and reliable to work; the contradiction between two modes is effectively solved; the screw is driven to rotate through the control motor; a breaker can be driven to be switched between a work station and a test position, thus the electric automation is achieved; the technical requirements of unattended operation are met.
