On Inter-thinking of Publicity

Effective publicity needs an inter-way of thinking,which includes a willingness to communicate with others,a consciousness of being completely open and a respect for other countries' subjectivity.The guiding principle——harmonious but different——of the current publicity of China just demonstrates inter-thinking.However,in terms of publicity strategy,we need to adhere to the principle of objective and truthful report and involve both the government and the public in the cause of publicity.
