Os espaços expositivos

Cristian Segura works questions the institutional spaces - museums, galleries, art fairs - by using the same devices that these spaces offer, acting as a metalinguistic work, where the museum speaks about itself. The artist establishes other readings with the museological space through its curatorship in non-institutional exhibition spaces such as books, exhibition catalogs and letters. These exhibition spaces become objects that have a mobile aspect with a completely different setting than that of a stable architectural space, where the observer comes into contact with a museum in transit. The museum transposed into a book.
