Research on 5 axis machining post-processing based on IMSPOST

For the mechining of CNC milling in V1-2000.2T machine tool,the problem to converting the cutter location source file to machining program is concerned.In this paper,The general kinematics model of machine tool is constructed,the technology of character conversion is proposed,then,the appropriative post-processor is programmed by typical IMSPOST software,at last,the correctness and validity of the method is certified by experiments.
