The invention discloses a user demand feedback method and device; the method comprises the following steps: outputting a preset demand feedback interface, the interface displays at least one keyword as a tree structure first level node, and various level nodes of the tree structure are keywords expressing user demands; monitoring a hit order of presently displayed keywords on the demand feedback interface; determining the target keyword corresponding to the hit order as a standby keyword when the hit order is monitored; determining whether the target keyword has a lower level node or not in the tree structure, if yes, displaying the keyword of the lower level node of the target keyword in the corresponding tree structure, and contentiously monitoring the hit order of presently displayed keywords on the demand feedback interface; determining user demand information according to the standby keyword when an information send order is obtained; returning the user demand information to a server. When the user demand corresponding keyword is low in level, the novel method can improve user demand feedback accuracy.
