PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage electric wire protection tube made of a metal tube, in which an orange color can be applied easily and economically to the outer circumferential surface of the metal tube, the formed orange-colored layer has a function of protecting the metal tube, and, in addition, even when the metal tube is bent into a three-dimensional posture, the orange-colored layer is not whitened, so that an orange color with a tone that meets the SAE standard is applied.SOLUTION: A high-voltage electric wire protection tube is made of a metal tube bent into a three-dimensional posture, to which an orange color is applied and into which a high-voltage electric wire conducting a high voltage of 60 V or more is inserted. The application of the orange color is performed by coating, on the outer circumferential surface of the metal tube, a polyolefin resin into which an orange coloring agent is incorporated.
