Extraction of X-Parameters from FDTD Simulation of a Two-Port Nonlinear Circuit

A method for the extraction of nonlinear X-Parameters from finite-difference time-domain simulation results is described. Simulations are carried out on a domain comprising a diode and transmission line, and the calculation of X-Parameters from the results is presented. Results are compared to those from a commercial simulation package.
