Establishment of DNA fingerprinting on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) hybrid of 'Yufen 109'.

Genomic DNAs were extracted from tomato hybrid Yufen 109 and its parents by SDS method.DNA fingerprinting of Yufen 109 was established using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) assay for purity identification of seeds.In this study,200 random primers were screened to identify Yufen 109 and its parents.Results showed R3 could be used to establish DNA fingerprinting,and the fingerprinting could be use to identify purity of Yufen 109.
