Hot-dry rock fracturing in-situ heat exchange laboratory simulation system device

2014
The invention provides a hot-dry rock fracturing in-situ heat exchange laboratory simulation system device. The device comprises a fracturing fluid injection system, a fracturing body, an annular pressure applying system and a high-pressure pipe valve. The fracturing body comprises a sample fracturing chamber and a sample annular-pressure chamber. The fracturing chamber comprises a three-dimensional fixing support and a three-dimensional hydraulic system. The three-dimensional hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic sliding cavity and a hydraulic moving plug. The sample annular-pressure chamber comprises an annular-pressure chamber steel plate and an inner gum sleeve, a cavity is formed between the gum sleeve and the steel plate, and fluid is injected to realize pressure coating effect. Fracturing fluid injection and annular pressure application are both realized by connection of a high-pressure pipeline with a high-pressure control component. A split module combination structure is adopted, original samples of fracturing samples are ensured to be unchanged, and heat exchange exploitation tests are performed accurately. The device has the advantages of novel structure and safety and durability.
