Bridge and rotor inductances of closed slots induction motor

In many industrial fields, electrical machinery, apparatus and systems are driven by induction motors. In lower power ranges of induction motors, rotor widely employs aluminum or copper die cast rotor with closed slots. Closed-slot rotor gives higher efficiency and lower acoustic magnetic noise than open-slot rotor.
