Survey of Rescue Competitions and Proposal of New Standard Task from Ordinary Tasks

This study surveys rescue robot competitions and tracks the changes in the RoboCup Rescue League. The real robot league has been changed because of requests from real disasters; however, the virtual robot league competition basically remains the same as it was in the beginning.
