Análisis espacial del hurto a personas para la toma de decisiones del Comando de Atención Inmediata (CAI) en la Localidad de los Mártires Bogotá D.C entre los años 2017 - 2018.

The thievery to people, in the different cities of Colombia, is a factor of attention for the public and police authorities. Reason why, they have implemented different programs and strategies aimed at reducing it. However, the mutation of this crime makes it more difficult to eradicate it from the streets every day. The locality of the Martires is undoubtedly one of the most affected by the commission of this scourge in its different forms. In it converge multiple auxiliary and driver factors, such as: the sex trade, homelessness, psychoactive substance consumption, among others. Therefore, the National Police, in partnership with citizens, should generate new forceful strategies against this crime, with the aim of significantly minimizing the unrest of residents and passers-by in this Locality.
