Study on Simulation Technology in Chemical Equilibrium Experimental Teaching

2021
Chemical simulation technology is a new experimental method that utilizes computer programs and applications to simulate and calculate objective substances, chemical reaction processes and status. In this paper, chemical equilibrium simulation technology is applied to the experimental teaching of liquid phase reaction equilibrium in chemical basic experiments. Taking the chemical equilibrium experimental teaching of iron ions and thiocyanate ions as an example, the distribution coefficient diagram, ion activity diagram, component solubility diagram and component stable equilibrium phase diagram under double influence factors are simulated dynamically, which provides great help for students to further understand the chemical equilibrium visually. At the same time, it is helpful to determine the optimal experimental concentration of reactants and has certain practical guiding significance for the optimization of an experimental scheme in a teaching experiment.
