Working teams are increasingly formed across geographic areas in different states, countries, continents and time zones. In many ways, these virtual teams no longer exist as an accessory but as a necessity to attract diverse skills and retain top talents in the industry. Telecommuting SAS programmers, whether occasionally, part-time or full-time telecommute, are members of growing virtual teams who significantly contribute to team dynamics and team success.
