Influence of production technology on characteristics of methyl esters of higher fatty acids

The results of experimental investigations of the composition and qualitative characteristics of methyl esters of higher fatty acids produced in Belarus by various technologies are reported. The differences in their characteristics and the causes thereof are ascertained.
