Matrices de soporte como conservador inerte de Trichoderma harzianum y Pseudomonas fluorescens

In this study, three matrices were evaluated immobilization matrix for micro arrays such as: calcium alginate beads, maltodextrins and milled rice, in order to store and preserve Trichoderma harzianum and Pseudomonas fluorescens, to achieve this, various tests were performed to the matrices by observing the behavior of each organism at each times used in the tests. To test the physical properties of the alginate beads, the calcium chloride and the sodium alginate concentrations were measured, taking in to account that always the appropriate concentration of alginate is 1%.
