Design of tailored blank laser welding system for long seam based on rolling process

A rolling process is presented in tailored blank laser welding system to reduce the width of the gap between the steel sheets.The system can effetely improve the welding speed and welding quality and can induce cost.An introduction is made on the operating principle and control system of Welding system.The welding result indicates that the system can weld the steel sheets with 0.5mm width of gap with high speed and good quality.
