Study on the Control System for Gantry Type Planomiller Based on PLC and DC Speeder

The article describs the completely reforming design of the control system for the gantry type planomiller B2152, in which the PLC is used as control core instead of the original relay; the DC speeder is adopted for the speed regulating of the main motor instead of the deflection group; at the same time, milling function is added to meet the user's need. The successful running of the new re-built system provides a good example to technical reform of old machine.
