SHENZHEN SOLAR COOLING AND HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

ABSTRACT An integrated solar powered air conditioning and hot water supply system for a hotel in Zhenzhen, China, is described. Some of the preliminary operational results obtained during a winter and summer are presented. Performance of three types of medium temperature solar collectors –evacuated tubes, vacuum heat pipes and flat plate collectors with a corrugated insulating film are compared.
