Self-Assessment of the Computer Engineering Career at the Universidad Americana

The accreditation of Higher Education careers aims to certify the quality of the educational offer. This paper presents a summary of the result of the self-assessment process developed in the Computer Engineering Career at the Universidad Americana, through the National Model of Higher Education Accreditation, established by the National Agency for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education, The result of the process strengthened teamwork between teachers and university authorities in order to verify compliance with the quality criteria defined for the accreditation of degree courses in Paraguay.
