RADIATION DAMAGES ON BaTiO$sub 3$ SINGLE CRYSTAL

Some interesting properties of gamma irradiated BaTiO/sub 3/ single crystals are reported. The observation of D-E loops and measurement of electrical conductivity were made on samples of various thicknesses at room temperature in air. These samples were exposed to a Co/sup 60/ source of 100 curies. (W.D.M.)
