DESIGN OF WINDING PATTERN AND ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF MULTIDIRECTIONAL FILAMENT WINDING MACHINE

The structure characteristics of the multidirectional filament winding machine are introduced.And then,the analysis and calculation are made for the winding pattern design of axial,hoop and helical filament winding.At last,the corresponding control system is introduced based on the accomplishment of the multidirectional filament winding process.These provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing process of the multidirectional filament wound composite products.
