The Impact of Monetary Policy on the Balance of Payments and Macroeconomic Indicators [Влияние Денежно-Кредитной Политики На Платежный Баланс И Макроэкономические Показатели]

The paper studies the implementation of the monetary policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, namely, the transition from the exchange rate policy to the inflation targeting policy conducted since November 2014, and illuminates the issues of the world experience in the conduct of monetary policy by the example of central banks of foreign countries and discloses such methods of implementing monetary policy as (1) inflation targeting,(2) exchange rate regulation and (3) the targeting of money supply.
