Noise modeling of MESFETs

In this paper a bias dependent model, using analytical approach has been developed for the MESFETs fabricated in-house. The developed model has been validated with other foundry FETs like GMMT F14 (0.7μm MESFET), F20 (0.5μm MESFET) and NEC FETs.
