Detection and Casing Analysis of Internal Partial Discharge for 35kV High Voltage Switchgear

As an important equipment of distribution network, the running state of switchgear are directly affect the reliability of power supply for users. In order to achieve the safety and reliability running of switchgear, the internal partial discharge of switchgear are researched by employing the AE, infrared thermal imaging detection method, ultraviolet imaging detection method and diagnostic test based on the station transformer. Base on the related testing data, the types and reason of partial discharge are analyzed that the partial discharge signal disappear after processing. It can provide a reference and basis for on-site detection through the multiple detection technology.
