Determination of Cadmium,Arsenic and Lead in Vitamin B_2 Injection by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

2012
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of cadmium, arsenic and lead in vitamin B2 injection. The vitamin B2 injection samples were digested by microwave, with indium, germanium and bismuth as the internal standard elements and poplar leaves as the controlled reference standard. Both cadmium and lead were linear in the range of 1-100 ng/ml,while arsenic was linear in the range of 1-150 ng/ml.The recoveries were 92.4%-101.7%,with RSDs less than 4.1%.
