The issues discussed in this research are (1) how the grammatical cohesion of the discourse in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage is; and (2) how the lexical cohesion of the discourse in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage is. The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the grammatical cohesion of the discourse in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage; and (2) to describe the lexical cohesion of the discourse in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research. The source of this research is Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage the August 1st-7th, 2016 edition. The data of this research are any discourses containing elements of grammatical and lexical cohesion in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage. The data collection was conducted by using document and record techniques. The data analysis of this research employs BUL (Segmenting Immediate Constituents) technique along with its advance techniques: omission, replacement, phrasal derivation, repetition techniques. To present the results of the analysis, this research uses informal presentation method. Based on the analysis of this research, the discourse in Tere Liye’s Facebook Fanspage is a cohesive discourse since it is supported by the devices of grammatical and lexical cohesion. The result of this research shows that the discourse has four devices of grammatical cohesion: reference, substitution, ellipsis, and conjunction from which the most dominant device is reference. Besides, it also shows that the discourse has six devices of lexical cohesion: repetition, synonymy, antonymy, collocation, hyponymy, and equivalence from which the most dominant device is repetition.
