React 360 and Intersection of Web with VR

Communication has spread far across the dimensions of reality and stepped into the 3D world. The users today no longer want to see a plane images in television screens, they want to step into it, experience it and interact with it via a keyboard, a mouse, or a controller. Whether it is to explore an object in a 360 degrees immersive environment, or experiencing a movie scene, virtual reality has taken the entire world to a new plot. The devices supporting virtual reality based applications have unimaginably transformed the way information technology is leveraged today. Virtual Reality refers to an extended user experience rendered by computer technology that creates a virtual world allowing users to interact with a simulated environment. It allows to see the surrounding world in other dimension and to experience things that are not accessible in real life or even not yet created. While VR is most prominent in gaming and marketing fields right now, other useful and real-life applications of the technology also exist such as education, communication and therapy, among others. Soon it will come into the mainstream cinema, and schools will be equipped with 3Dlessons. WebVRis a further extension of the same Virtual Reality experience in the existing Web technology i.e. it allows users to experience VR through a web browser. The WebVRtechnology has the potential to revolutionise the way we use the web and several companies have already developed WebVR apps.
