Se hace un analisis de la percepcion ambiental de una comunidad aledana al rio Pontezuelo al noroeste de Cuba. Se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas a los miembros del gobierno. Se detectaron los problemas ambientales y ambas los perciben, pero la solucion a los mismos esta frenada por la escasez de recursos y la gestion administrativa. Abstract An analysis of the environmental perception by a community annexed to river Pontezuelo in Cuba´s northwestern region is made. Surveys and interviews to members of the government were carried out.
