Coincidence spectra of threshold photoelectrons and photoions near the B2B2 states of H2O+ and D2O+

Photoions of H2O+, OH+ and H+ from H2O and those of D2O+, OD+ and D+ from D2O have been observed in coincidence with threshold photoelectrons near the ionic B2B2 states. It is confirmed that above the dissociation limits to OH+ and OD+, the 2B2 states of H2O+ and D2O+ predissociate to OH++H and H++OH and to OD++D and D++OD, respectively.
