Aprimoramento do serviço de triagem por simulação realística na estratégia de saúde da família.

Objectives: to evaluate the execution of the patient screening service performed at the Nova Colina Family Clinic - Brasilia, Brazil. Method: This is an experience report produced from the experience of medical students in the elaboration and execution of a realistic simulation with the servers of the Nova Colina / DF Family Health Strategy based in demands and questions of the service employees about the triage. Some questionnaires were applied before the simulation to measurate preview knowledge of the employees and their demands. Then, a suport material was distributed. Conclusion: Theoric and technical deficiencies of the employees was verified about the triage protocol recommended by Health Ministry.
