Effect of deeply cold spinning on property of nickel-base alloy ultra-thin welded tube

Forming process C-276 nickel-base alloy large diameter ultra-thin welded tube by cold spinning technology, acquired a diameter=φ558mm, wall thickness=0.42mm ultra-thin wall tube; Through tensile tests, metallurgical structure tests, corrosion performance tests, compared and analyzed of the effect of deeply cold spinning technology on C-276 nickel alloy mechanical properties, metallurgical structure and corrosion resistance. The results showed that: mechanical properties of C-276 weld cylindrical part can be strengthened by cold spinning process, final tensile strength of C-276 base material increases by 0.15%, and weld increases by 10.1%; C-276 base material and weld material are both grain refined and their grain arrangement directivity was enhanced by reducing wall thickness cold spinning; Through cold spinning and solution annealing, overall performance of the weld cylindrical part was strengthened.
