"Market for Technology" and Industrial Hollowing-out:A Literature Survey

The imperfect effect of "marketplace for technology" strategy is one of the cause leading industrial hollowing-out in China.The paper takes a review about the policy evaluation of "marketplace for technology",and summarizes literatures about essential,cause and degree of industrial hollowing-out in developed coun-tries.Civil studies could be divided into three aspects:supply and demand unbalance,region hollowing-out and technical hollowing-out.Furthermore,evidence from manufactures indicates that policy function failure of "marketplace for technology" is connected with technical hollowing-out to some exent.
