The invention discloses a high-strength high-modulus high heat resistance polypropylene composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of high molecular materials. According to the preparation method, homo-polypropylene and mica powder are blended together, and the composite material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 48-70 parts of homo-polypropylene, 28-50 parts of mica powder, 0.5-1.2 parts of flowing agent, 1-2 parts of color master, 0.05-0.4 part of antioxidant 168 and 0.05-0.4 part of antioxidant 1010. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring homo-polypropylene, the mica powder, the flowing agent, the color master and the antioxidants in a high-speed mixing machine, and extruding to pellet through a double-screw rod extruding machine. The composite material has the beneficial effects that the product is excellent in product property, that is, specifically, the tension strength is greater than or equal to 30MPa, the bending strength is greater than or equal to 50MPa, the bending modulus is greater than or equal to 4500MPa, the thermal deformation temperature is greater than or equal to 130 DEG C, the cost is low, and the machining process is simple.
