Study on High Temperature Resistance Eddy Current Gap Sensor for Air Preheater

Based on the principal of eddy current,an eddy current detector is made by taking the nichrome wire as measurement winding which is wound around the ceramic frame,and by combining the proximitor which is composed of signal source,amplifier module and signal processing module,the eddy current displacement sensor is designed and made.The sensor,which is able to work stably for a long time in high temperature and in a large variation range of temperature from 25-400℃,has characteristics of simple structure,strong anti-interference ability and higher measurement accuracy.
