Research on Virtual Product Technology of Radar Structure

Aiming at the common problem of electromechanical products like radar and making the mechanical system as the core,the virtual product technology was studied.A method to solve the virtual assembly of complicated electromechanical products,simulation of integrated automation and distribution of the visualization of CAE result was put forward.Interactive virtual assembly based on the natural operation by human,advanced simulation of digital prototyping and the visualization of CAE result was solved.And also,the difficult problems of the auto-assembly based on the natural operation by human,simulation of integrated automation based on the configuration template,and the reconstruction of the CAE result.Then,the design of auto-assembly of virtual products based on the technology of digital prototyping in research process of the electromechanical products like radar,simulation of integrated automation,and distribution of the visualization of CAE result were come true.Finally,the "platform of integrated development of virtual product of ground-based radar" was established.
