Investigation of the relationships between body composition parameters and body weight in obese individuals by using Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to examine the linear and nonlinear relations between body composition measurements and weight in obese individuals with Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS) Method, which is one of the modern regression techniques, and to ensure the modelling and predictive use of the identified relations.
