The Customer’s Satisfaction on Good Governance Practice at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar

Good governance leads to good management, good performance, good stewardship of public money and ultimately to good outcomes.  Bad governance fosters low morale and adversarial relationships that lead to poor performance. Consequently, good governance requires all concerned to be clear about their own roles and responsibilities and those of others, but also to behave in ways that are consistent with those roles.  Because of that, Hospital SultanahBahiyah, AlorSetar are trying to evaluate on the level of customer satisfaction regarding the good governance practice applied by their staff when the customers come to the department. Therefore the study will attend to examine whether the customers are satisfied with the service provided by the staff. So that the department can know what is the factor that influence customer satisfaction and how to improve customer’s satisfaction.
