Innovation of Higher Vocational Ethics Education under the Mode of Study Combined with Work

At present,the vocational ethics education in higher vocational colleges is far behind the need of social development.In teaching,problems such as contents being Abstract,unmatched with the need of enterprise and students exist.Teachers are fond of passing knowledge but neglect the training of practical moral abilities.The mode of study combined with work provides an opportunity to solve those problems.Practical training is a good chance for students to fulfill their ability of adapting to the society.Higher vocational ethics education should take this chance to cultivate students′ vocational moral qualities.
