The first group of oxides includes, but is not limited to, SiO2, TiO2, La2O3, Al2O3, SrCO3, Gd2O3, Nb2O5, Y2O3, and a complex oxide including two or more of these oxides. The second group of oxides includes, but is not limited to, SiO2, TiO2, La2O3, Al2O3, SrCO3, Gd203, Nb2O5, Y2O3, and a complex oxide including two or more of the oxides, and ZrO2.
