Target Recognition Method for UAV Multi-Sensor Information Fusion Based on IVIF Multiple Attribute Decision Making

An integrated fusion sensor data method in the light of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) is introduced. First, the feasible goal set is established and the decision attribute set is determined. Second, the experts give the empirical evaluation values of each alternative target in each attribute, and establish the IVIF decision making matrix. Third, a new distance formula of IVIF is proposed and proofed. Then the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) for IVIF are described. Finally, the effectiveness of this algorithm is verified through the whole decision-making course of identifying target. The proposed method is a useful tool to deal with the problem in effectiveness evaluation in a highly reliable and intelligent way, and it can also be used to handle multiple-attribute decision-making problems in lots of disciplines. This algorithm does not need complex calculations, as long as the experts give the possibility fuzzy value according to the experience accumulated ordinarily.
