Method of spectrum correction in ethylene detection based on TDLAS

Ethylene is one of the important signature gases in spontaneous combustion forecasting of coal goaf area. It is very important to detect the concentration of ethylene accurately. However, the absorption spectrum of the other interfering gases is always in the ethylene spectrum during the ethylene detecting, which has a great impact on the ethylene's accuracy. In this paper, a spectral correction method is presented to extract pure ethylene spectra. The experiments show that the detection accuracy is improved by nearly 10 times by using this method, so realized the high accuracy detection of ethylene.
