Research on the Rhizome Proliferation of the Nervilis Fordii Schlecht in Different Condition

It was essential for the tissue culture of the Nervilis fordii (Hance) Schlecht to regenerate rapidly and develop the large quantity of rhizome proliferation. The present paper studies the influences in the different basal mediums, carbon source and carbohydrates concentration, different ratios of the hormone on rhizome proliferation of the Nervilis fordii (Hance) Schlecht. The results showed the best effect of the proliferation of the Nervilis fordii (Hance) Schlecht was achieved by the Nervilis fordii (Hance) Schlecht cultured in the MS basal medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.01 mg/L NAA and 20g/L sucrose concentration, and the top speed of the proliferation multiple of the Nervilis fordii (Hance) Schlecht was up to 14.86.
