A PC-based video and graphics evaluating system using FPGA

A PC-based video and graphics evaluation system using FPGA is presented in this paper. The system serves as a PC add-on card and is capable of conducting various video and graphics processing by programming FPGA. This system is able to accept video signals from video-port and graphics signals from PC ISA-Bus respectively and output processed signals to video-out-port.
