Thermodynamic Analysis and Control of the Atmosphere in High-Temperature Oxidation Treatment

Thermodynamic analysis and calculation of gas components in the atmosphere of high-temperature oxidation treatment is carried out.It is found that the oxyen partial pressure is a key control parameter.The control technology of high-temperature oxidation treatment is solved.
