Infrared Imagery Division and Recognition Methods Research

For accurate realizes the infrared target recognition, this paper proposed the Otsu segmentation that segmented the infrared image. Through the actual infrared imagery division indicated that this method has obtained the satisfactory division result. At the same time, this paper also proposed moment invariant target recognition and the template matching target identification. The experiment indicated that the moment invariant target identification algorithm is an effective characteristic content matching algorithm.
