Synthesis and Adsorption Performance of Ce-MCM-22 Molecular Sieve

Ce-MCM-22 molecular sieve with MWW of layer structure was synthesized by static hydrothermal crystallization method,using silica sol as silicon source,hexamethylene imine(HMI) as template agent.Molecular sieve of Ce-MCM-22 was characterizated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The effects of various factors on the adsorption of methylene blue solution with the Ce-MCM-22 molecular sieve were tested.The absorption bleaching is better when the conditions of absorption are the Ce-MCM-22 zeolite dosage 0.6 g/L,the concentration of methylene blue 2.0 mg/L,pH value 7 and shock time 60 min.
