Experimental Study on Improving Desulfurization Efficiency of CFB Boiler

For 1 060 t / h subcritical CFB boiler,the technical measures are studied on improving whole desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler by experiment. The whole desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler gets improved mainly by sorting optimization the particle size of limestone desulfurization and adding deep desulfurization device of activate by desulfurization at the rear of the boiler. Experimental data shows that: CFB boiler flue gas concentration of SO2 could reach less than 200 mg / Nm3,providing certain basis for pollutant discharge by standard of CFB boiler.
